Ruwan Egodage RCIC
Ruwan Egodage is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with over 15 years of combined experience in Human Resources, Career and Education Consulting, and Immigration Consultancy. He owns a Master’s in Business Administration from the Postgraduate Institute of Management as well as a degree in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardhanepura, a diploma in Immigration Consultancy, a diploma in Career and Work Counselling, a Career Information Specialist Certification, a Certified Human Resources Practitioner Certification, and PG Diploma in Diversity Management from Swinburne University of Australia.
Having started his career with John Keels Holdings as a management trainee, he was employed at corporations including Nawaloka Group, Peoples Leasing, CDB finance, City of Toronto, TD Bank Financial Group, and Employment Ontario. He is currently affiliated with Rosenberg & Associate – a well-known U.S-based immigration & education consulting firm.
Samanmali Ambeypitiya
Samanmali joined our group in 2018 as an office coordinator for our office branch in Sri Lanka and is currently responsible for client coordination / office administration. She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Management with over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Office Administration, Immigration and Student Consultancy.
Janitha Algama
Janitha has over 12 years of combined experience in Administration, Legal and Finance in both Sri Lanka and Canada. Before joining Dage Immigration, Janitha was employed at TD Bank Financial Group in Canada for over five years. She is responsible for processing and corporate services including LMIA, Work Permits, and Owner Operator Applications. She is known for her strict work ethic, attention to details, and excellent customer service; her empathetic attitude enables her to better understand her client’s struggles and goes a long way in assuring clients that their case file is in the best of hands.
Kethmi Chirathma
Currently attending University of Toronto – St. George Campus for her Bachelors. Kethmi assists us in sales, processing, corporate recruitment and employer connections. She ensures we adhere to the compliance requirements and timely processing of files, meeting timelines required. She is also our internal social media specialist and enjoys contributing to our blog with frequent articles.
Sasi Nirman
As a final year undergraduate student at Brock University, Sasi heads our information technology, social media and SEO responsibilities. He effectively coordinates with our web developers to guide our team in both marketing and advertising through social media and makes sure to provide up-to-date news on immigration. Furthermore, he looks after all our IT and networking equipment, email functions, security and much more. Doing so, he ensures everything operates smoothly to optimize our time in processing files and servicing our clients.
Rathika Pathmanathan
Rathika Pathmanathan, was a USAID youth ambassador and guest lecturer at the Light of Asia Center for the students of Colombo University, Sri Lanka. She gained Administration and Financial Management experiences in the NGO sector. With exceptional skills on client relationships, she built her way up from a call centre specialist.
As a public social worker, Rathika is an active voice in the community. She takes up tasks as the Reconciliation Coordinator and the team secretary of the Democratic Left Front Women’s Organizations, which is based on community development of Jaffna , Kilinochchi districts, in Sri Lanka.
Rathka invests her spare time to address the social justifications and human empathy as a writer and poet! She is multilingual, with great language skills in Sinhala, Tamil and English. Her willingness to walk the extra mile is one of her more defining character traits.
Imasha Wijerathne
Imasha Wijerathne joined our group in 2020 as an Executive – Recruitment (student / staffing) mainly serving our clients in Sri Lanka, India and Bangladesh. Her home office is Colombo. She is strategic collaborator, self-motivated individual, who is reading for a Master’s in Commerce from Charles Sturt University Australia, as well as a degree in International Business from the Greenwich University UK. Also, has completed Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from Chartered Institute of Personal management in Sri Lanka. She is currently overlooking our international staff recruitment function and international student Counseling. Her hobby is travelling and her next dream is to study in Canada experiencing diverse Canadian culture.
